Adam Thomas was quick to compliment his 'sensational' wife after the pair glammed up for a glitzy awards bash. And fans were quck to flood the pair with praise in return. The former Emmerdale star and his wife Caroline headed out on Thursday evening (November 3) to the This is Manchester Awards.
They were joined by Adam's brother, former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, and their mum Gail, as they all stepped out to show support for Adam's twin Scott who was the hosts of the annual event, now in its fourth year, alongside TV star Jenny Powell.
The This Is Manchester awards had an all-star guest list at the Hilton Hotel on Deansgate and saw the best of Manchester's hospitality, fashion, entertainment, sports, and business world honoured for their unique contribution to the city.
Hitting the yellow carpet beforehand, Adam and Caroline posed up a storm - and looked gorgeous while doing so. Adam appeared suited and booted for the special occasion, opting for a swish velvet jacket with plain black trousers and adding a patterned tie around the neck of his white shirt.
Caroline, meanwhile, looked stunning as she donned a prom-style dress. She cut a stylish figure as she showed off her long, toned legs in the strapless black and white polka dot number while she pulled her blonde tresses back into a swishing ponytail tied with a large black bow.
She added a pair of simple black heels to her outfit and clung onto a feather clutch bag as she posed alongside her husband of five years. Taking to Instagram after the event, Adam shared his pride for his brother as he took to the stage for hosting duties but also gushed over Caroline.
Posting a picture of the pair, showing Adam giving his best blue steel to the camera while Caroline looked at him adoringly and with a smile, Adam wrote: "What a beautiful night last night surrounded by family and friends celebrating MANCHESTER !!! @thisismcrawards huge congrats to everyone nominated and to the hosts of the evening for holding it all together @jennypowelltv and my brother @scott.thomas proud of you bro"
He then added: "Ps you looked sensational last night @carolinethomas23." And fans were quick to flood the comments section with compliments for the pair.
