The former Killiney home of Dublin Archbishop John Charles McQuaid is up for sale for a massive €12million.

Ashurst was last sold in 2013 for just over €4million, according to the Property Price Register. But now Estate agent Sherry FitzGerald is looking for almost 3 times that price.

The seven-bedroom property was renovated in 2015 after two years of work, resulting in a modern, comfortable family home.
