Former Hollyoaks star Sarah Jayne Dunn 'on fire' as she shows off pole skills in cut-out shorts

Sarah Jayne Dunn has been told she's 'on fire' as she showed off her pole skills in an impressive social media video. The former Hollyoaks actress revealed back in October that she had found her 'new favourite hobby' as she showed off her incredible figure as she got to grips with a pole as part of her new fitness regime.

At the time, Sarah took to Instagram with a series of snaps showing her donning a leopard print bra and high-waisted pants as she wrapped herself around the pole, pulling a series of moves. She flashed a smile to the camera as she displayed her enviable strength as she clung on to the pole with both hands and one leg while her other tanned pin floated in the air. Sarah, 40, was also seen dangling upside down with only her legs stopping her from dropping to the floor.

Posting on Instagram, the former Channel 4 soap star commented at the time: "I’ve found my favourite new hobby! I’ve been wanting to start pole classes for a long time, I’ve had a go at it at a couple of hen dos over the years but never found a class close enough to home, until about 3 weeks ago and I am OBSESSED!"

She went on: "It’s fun, challenging, rewarding, it looks awesome, you move your body into shapes you’ve never imagined, you get bruises in the strangest of places, you get dizzy a lot, the other women are all bloomin lovely and so inspiring! I would get on the pole every day if I could, i’m currently looking at where I can get one in the house! Such a beautiful way to move your body, be free with your feminine and learn a new skill. I am still very much a beginner on the journey but I can’t wait to progress and see my own personal journey with it."

And that journey has certainly continued as Sarah showed off a range of impressive moves in her latest video. Donning a green sports bra and cut-out black shorts, the actress-turned-OnlyFans star looked fabulous as she whizzed round the silver pole, pulling a series of poses, showing off her flexibility and strength.

Alongside the post, Sarah shared her own positive message as she typed: "People are going to judge you regardless, who do you want to make happy, them or you?" As she wowed fans, the mum-of-one was also quick to add: "Ps this video is on double speed, but even not sped up, I felt like I was flying around that pole."

@mercyfaith11 said: "Don't know how you do that. You must be very strong physically and mentally. Wow just wow!" @markdjacobsen commented: "You’re on fire Sarah." @holbeach07 praised: "From where you started and where you are now, is absolutely fantastic, you really look like you are a natural."

@helensplaine1 posted: "Look at you! You’re like Tinkerbell, on a pole!! Love it!" @aunty_jenjen shared: "Wow you look incredible." @freesocietyswimwear wrote: "Wow you look amazing." @fox_sabina applauded: "The absolute strength this takes." @harley_damo_666 added: "Good on ya @sarahjaynedunn."

It comes after Sarah clapped back at 'nasty' trolls with a powerful message. She took to her Instagram Stories to make a plea after receiving unkind comments, mainly from women. With a 'be kind' message on her video, Sarah said she was making the video to have a 'vent.' Speaking into the camera, the 41-year-old said she was deleting and blocking at least one comment every day.

Sarah, who left Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks in 2021 after joining the subscription site OnlyFans, known for its racy content, saying she was "taking back control", said: "I'm jumping on here just to have a little rant, vent." And she explained: "Every day at the moment I am deleting and blocking at least one comment. Mainly from women who follow me."

Addressing the trolls she said: "It's just unnecessary okay? If you have a problem with me, that's cool. But you can unfollow me, you don't have to be nasty for the sake of being nasty." She continued: "I'm alright. Luckily I can brush it off. It doesn't really bother me but being unkind for no reason is unnecessary. Just be nice to people and unfollow if someone does your head in."
