A young Liverpool chef has launched a new venue at Baltic Market.
La Bistroteca, the newest addition to the venue, has been created by Liverpool chef Livia Alarcon. Set to open on May 4, it will specialise in European bistro food, inspired by Livia's decade-long career so far.
Livia, 26, has firmly established herself in the restaurant industry. She's led some of the most beloved kitchens in the city and beyond, and even became head chef of Maray at just 21-years-old.
