Former farm buildings battle new-build for 2022 ProCon Small Residential Scheme of the Year Award

Two new homes in former farm buildings are up against a brand new build in the Small Residential Scheme of the Year category of the 2022 ProCon Leicestershire property and construction awards.

Homes in Walton, Laughton and Bitteswell are up for the award, sponsored by Ashe Group, which is one of seven in this year’s ProCon Awards.

The ProCon Awards’ overall sponsors are Salus Approved Inspectors, Unique Window Systems and Freeths. The Leicester Mercury is the Awards’ media partner.
