- Former England and Liverpool striker Andy Carroll has pleaded not guilty to breaching a non-molestation order.
- He is accused of repeatedly calling his ex-wife, reality TV star Billi Mucklow, in March last year “without reasonable excuse”.
- A trial date has been set for 18 January 2027 at Chelmsford Crown Court.
- Carroll formally entered his plea via video link on Wednesday, after a scheduling mix-up meant he missed the initial hearing on Tuesday.
- The footballer, who currently plays for Dagenham & Redbridge, was granted bail.
