The former Elbow Room venue in Leeds city centre has been sold to a private investor in a £4m deal, five years after being rescued from receivership.
Joint venture owners Europa Capital and Addington Capital obtained planning consent for change of use to offices, refurbishing the second and third floors but keeping the Elbow Rooms branding. And now the ground floor and first floor of the 24,000 sqft building is let to Cuban-themed cocktail bar Revolution de Cuba.
The third floor is fully let to fast growing digital agency Parallax, while Last year North Property Group took 2,100 sqft of office space on the second floor on five-year lease at £25 per sqft. A remaining 2,100 sq. ft of space is still available to let via agents Carter Towler.
