A former Edinburgh asylum has been transformed into a plush block of new apartments, with the second phase of flats now launched.
Craighouse was once a local psychiatric hospital before it fell into the hands of Edinburgh Napier University, but has now been given a new lease of life as the grand development.
With work taking place over the last few years, the second set of apartments are now available in Morningside, with prices starting from an eye-watering £445,000.

Completely refurbished and renovated inside, the A-listed building now contains 29 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments that look over the grounds.
With 52 acres of woodlands surrounding the site, the New Craig building itself was originally constructed all the way back in 1889 by renowned Scottish architect Sydney Mitchell.
