Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, has suffered another reputational blow after a commemorative plaque celebrating her charitable work was reportedly removed from a location near Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. The removal comes amid continuing fallout over her association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The plaque commemorated Ferguson's role in opening a 'Homes from Home' facility in 1990. The accommodation programme, operated by The Sick Children's Trust, provides families with somewhere to stay while their children receive hospital treatment.
