An unusual new property has been put on the market in Liverpool.
The listing is described as an "irregular shaped" site of more than half an acre, at 0.6 acres, with a church and a separate detached hall sitting on the plot. The site is formerly Longmoor Lane Methodist Church and is found on the south side of the lane where it meets with Warbreck Moor and Walton Vale.
It’s up for sale for a mystery price tag, with those interested in purchasing the property being disclosed the price on asking. However, according to Rightmove’s sales data, average overall property prices in 2022 have been £124,000 and £165,000 for Walton and Aintree respectively.

Estate agents Eddisons state that the listing would be suitable for conversion to a new build or commercial site, subject to necessary planning and consent. Surrounding the church are a number of residential streets and a mixture of shops, bars and restaurants on Walton Vale.
The church, which dates back to 1881, is split mainly across one level and is made up of traditional red brick, with sandstone window sills. The building has a pitched slate roof and lower height areas also with slate covering.
Inside the property is made up of a main hall, ancillary rooms and a first floor balcony area. There's also a small basement in the back of the building.
Separate to the main church is a hall which has previously been used as a sports hall and also includes a kitchen, ancillary toilets. This area benefits from central heating. There's a small car park to the side of the church which is in front of the hall.
