Former Celtic star Frank McAvennie reckons Cameron Carter-Vickers had every right to speak his mind over his fears surrounding tactics. The Parkhead defender was publicly slammed by Alan Stubbs, who reckons the USA international was taking "cheap shots" after stating the Premiership champions were playing in a "random" style. But McAvennie isn't having on two fronts – believing players should be allowed to speak their mind and claiming O'Neill is a bystander at Lennoxtown. The Celtic boss admitted before the win against Motherwell that he disagreed with Carter-Vickers' version of events.
