Former Caledonian Seeds site comes to market for £6.5 million

New Keig and Kinstair Farms in Aberdeenshire have been brought to the market by Savills, at offers over £6.52m.

The farm holding is centred around an established grain seed processing and storage facility in the Donside region.

It comprises five agricultural units, which are farmed as a single arable enterprise, alongside a grain processing and storage facility, currently handling circa 4,000 tonnes of seed per annum.
