Does Forme offer free shipping?
Yes, Forme offers its customers free shipping on all US Orders over $250. Delivery times (and fees for orders under $250) will depend on what you are ordering and where it is being shipped to. For shipping costs, these should be displayed at the checkout before you place your order.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an extra that grants free returns shipping and package protection, saving you on extra charges if you change your mind and covering you if your item goes missing in transit. Note that Checkout+ has to be purchased at the checkout when you order your items to be applicable.
What is the Forme returns policy?
Customers can send items back to Forme within 30 days for a refund if they change their mind, but items will need to be receive unused, unwashed and damage, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging to qualify.
You can use the free returns label included with your order to cover return shipping costs. However, unless you have Checkout+, you will be charged an $18 return shipping & processing fee.

Join Forme Rewards
Regular shoppers can earn extra rewards by signing up to Forme rewards. The loyalty program gives customers points for their purchases which can then be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
Sign up via the brand's site and you'll get 1 point for every $1 you spend (plus a 50 point joining bonus). Every 250 points can be redeemed for $25 off, with discounts available at 250, 500, 750 and 1000-point intervals.
You can also earn extra points for following the brand or sharing one of its posts on its social media channels (20 points per channel/shared post), leaving reviews (75 points + 25 points if you include a photo and an extra 25 points for adding in a video), and signing up for texts (100 points).
On top of this, users will receive 100 points as a birthday gift if they include their date of birth when signing up, plus you'll be given a bonus 250 points for every 5 orders you place.
To top it off, the Rewards program is tiered: spend $500 and you'll ascend to Silver, netting 1.25x points on your purchases, 200 points per birthday, and a 100-point level up reward. You'll rank up again to Gold once you've spent $1000, earning 1.5x points, 300 points every birthday, and 150 points to celebrate your new tier.
There are two more tiers after Gold - Platinum is reached once you spend $2000, and raises your points multiplier to 1.75x, with 200 entry points and 400 points each birthday. Finally, you'll hit Diamond at $5000 spend, netting you a 250-point entry bonus, 2x points on all orders, and 500 points every birthday.
Grab a bundle
You'll sometimes see Forme offering bundles of its products in one package - for example, the Women's Essentials bundle contains a Power+ Bra, a pair of Sculpt+ leggings, and either a pair of ankle guard or arch boosting socks. Bundles tend to offer items at up to 30% off compared to buying them all separately.
Look out for freebies
From time to time, Forme offers freebies with selected orders, such as a free Forme Tote Bag with all orders over $500. These tend to to be limited-time offers, but can be an easy way to get a little bit of extra value out of your purchase.
Join the mailing list
You can keep up to date with the latest news from Frome, including info on sales and products, by signing up to the newsletter. Just provide your chosen email address to start receiving regular updates. Your first email will also include a one-time code for 10% off your next order.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work

Coupons may require a number of different conditions, such as a minimum spend (i.e. when you spend $30 or more), selection of specific products (i.e. 5% off selected Golf clubs), or verification (i.e. verify with a valid military email address).
If you’ve confirmed that you meet all applicable conditions and your code is still not being accepted, you can contact our team via email. Provide a summary of the code you used, which page it was found on, and what went wrong in an email, then send it to coupons.golfmonthly@futurenet.com. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
How we make money
Golf Monthly doesn’t charge any fees to use our coupon codes. All our revenue from our coupon pages is made through commission. For every coupon page on our site, we have an agreement with that retailer.
Whenever someone applies one of our codes to their order and makes a purchase, the brand pays us a percentage of the order total in commission. This model means our codes are always free to use, and all of our money is made directly from retailers. Our audience won’t pay any additional charges to save on their order - just the discounted price of their online order.
