Forever Global Enterprises acquires Dhampur Bio Organics' Meerganj facility for INR 305 crores, marking entry into Uttar Pradesh's sugar sector

Forever Global Enterprises Limited (FGEL) announced the successful completion of its acquisition of the Meerganj unit of Dhampur Bio Organics Limited (NSE: DBOL).

The deal was made on a slump sale basis as a going concern, for a total consideration of INR 305 crores.
