A man has been taken to hospital after an attack in Salford.
Police were called to the scene of the incident on Everside Close in the Walkden area last night (Thursday). One man was taken to hospital from the scene, a spokesperson for GMP said.
Another man was arrested. No further details on the incident have been released at this stage.

It has not yet been confirmed what the man was arrested on suspicion of, or what condition the victim is in. On Friday, pictures showed one police car stationed outside some flats on Everside Close.
A crime scene investigation van was also pictured on the street.
