• An article about the 1974 boxing match between George Foreman and Muhammad Ali held in what was then Zaire said the country’s president, Mobutu Sese Seko, agreed to pay the boxers $10m each; that was the total figure, with each paid $5m (“Rumble in the Jungle 50 years on: how Ali danced rings around apartheid”, 27 October, Sport, p17).
