The power of a glow-giving makeup stick should never be underestimated, whether you want to add a chic sheen to your eyelids or revive dull-looking skin, and Cat Deeley's favourite is one of the best.
When it comes to adding a sunkissed glow to your skin, the best bronzers, cream blushes and, of course, a glassy highlighter are often the go-to. But what about a product that combines elements of at least two of these products in an easy swipe-and-go format, and can be applied not just to your cheeks, but your lips and eyelids too? A makeup stick can indeed become quite the multi-tasker in your routine, and in Cat Deeley's case, it's a certain Westman Atelier buy that she loves for a dewy complexion in moments.
We've seen it make an appearance on the presenter's Instagram, and it seems even her makeup artist, Lindsay Bown, is a fan, having shared a snap of all the products used to create Deeley's on-screen glow this season - and you guessed it, this highlighter stick was among the haul.

The glow-giver in question is the Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick. It's available in a range of dewy and rosy shades, and delivers a sheer wash of radiance to the skin. It's buildable and conditioning, with ingredients like grape extract and ayurvedic oil working to hydrate and firm the skin while adding a lovely, natural-looking glow. It can be used on your cheeks, lips and eyes, and worn under or over your best foundations. You can also find it in a mini size for £24 or as part of a mini duo with the brand's blush stick for £38 (available at SpaceNK).
As mentioned, this stick can be applied across the face and from the looks of Deeley's radiant complexion, she appears to be wearing it on her cheeks, nose bridge and perhaps even her cupid's bow (the indent above her lip). We're also delighted to see a few more products like the Haus Labs foundation and Weleda lip balm featured.
The beauty of this kind of highlighting stick is just how easy and low-maintenance it is. You don't even need a brush to apply it (though you can if you want to), nor must you be ultra-precise or skilled with the blending and placement. Its creamy, sheer formula allows you to just dab on and go, whether that's across your lids for a shimmery eye look or over your lips.

As well as being in Bown's makeup kit, we've seen Deeley use a mini version of this multipurpose stick in her own time. In an Instagram reel from February, Deeley shared her pre-on-set morning routine and used it on her cheeks. While it's unclear which exact shade she applied, it looked quite pink to us - meaning it's likely 'Petal' or 'Nectar', which deliver a rosy radiance. Ideal for wearing alone or pairing over a similar tone of blush.

We can attest to the ease of these makeup sticks; indeed, the Westman Atelier Face Trace contouring iteration is a favourite of our team's, and so is the blush.
More of Cat Deeley's must-haves

This made an appearance in one of Deeley's summer photo roundups on Instagram and is such a great option for a chic and glassy lip look. Deeley has the shade Strawberry Sprinkles, which, as you probably guessed, is inspired by a strawberry sprinkle-covered doughnut and boasts a candy-pink tint and syrupy shine.

For dry and chapped lips, Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream is a cult favourite and made an appearance in the very same Instagram video where we spotted the Westman Atelier highlighter stick. Like the latter, this cream is also multi-purpose.

For a quick and easy eyeshadow look, these liquid shades from Lisa Eldridge are a lovely option. They're available in a range of flattering shades, and the formula is long-wearing, buildable, matte and blurring - ideal if you just want a wash of colour on your lips. But equally, you can layer them together.
In case you're keen to shop a few more of Deeley's favourites, we've done some detective work. Below are two lip products we've spotted her using or featured on her socials, as well as a liquid eyeshadow she's worn on This Morning - courtesy of Bown's Instagram post.
