Footballer Manisha Kalyan joins Cypriot champions Apollon Ladies

Manisha Kalyan UEFA Champions League India Gokulam IWL

India international attacker Manisha Kalyan could become the first Indian footballer to play in the UEFA Women's Champions League after she signed a multi-year contract with Cypriot's Apollon Ladies FC.

The 20-year-old from Punjab signed a two-year deal with the Cypriot First Division champions Apollon, her former club Gokulam Kerala FC confirmed on Sunday.
