Football tournament unites communities across Liverpool

Football

The World In one City Football (WIOC) tournament returned to the city today for the third consecutive year.

Jericho Lane on Otterspool Drive plays host to the 2023 competition with the first game an West African derby between Nigeria and Ghana from 7pm. This is followed by Jamaica versus Brazil at 8.30pm.

The tournament, which included 16 teams in total, runs from June 5 to Sunday July 2, 2023.
