Football scout with links to organised crime had van stuffed with cocaine worth £450k at his house

A football scout has been jailed for his part in a £450,000 drug smuggling operation.

Jordan McKinlay was sentenced to three years and nine months behind bars after admitting supplying cocaine and links to organised crime

The 30-year-old was in the dock at the High Court in Glasgow today and his conviction comes almost a year after his co-accused Gary O'Connell, from Castlemilk, was jailed for four years for his part in the trafficking plot.
