The Football Manager 2023 Beta should be available soon ahead of the game's full release in November.
Sports Interactive has already revealed some of the new features that will be coming to Football Manager 2023 ahead of the game's full release on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. It has also been confirmed that the game will be available on PlayStation 5 consoles for the first time ever, in addition to Xbox Series S/X consoles, with this version of the game called FM23 Console.
Football Manager 2023 Touch will also be released on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 for Nintendo Switch and Apple Arcade, so the game will also be able to be played on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV for the first time. Sports Interactive also confirmed that the game will feature newly-licensed competitions like the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League.
Every year, ahead of the release of the new annual Football Manager game, Sports Interactive historically release a beta version of their new game, which tends to be around two weeks before the release of the full game. We say 'around' because the FM23 Beta will only be released to the public when it's ready, but we can have an educated guess as to when it will arrive this year.
Ahead of the release of FM22 last year, which had a release date of Monday, November 8, 2021, the FM22 Beta was made available to players on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, some 19 days before the release of the full game.
Ahead of the release of FM21, which had a release date of Tuesday, November 24, 2020, the FM21 Beta was made available to players on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, two weeks before the release of the full game.
Taking these previous beta release dates into account, fans can expect the FM23 Beta to be released on or around Tuesday, October 25, 2022. It could be earlier, or it could be later, but it will only be released when it's ready! The FM23 Beta is expected to be available for players on PC and Mac only.
Sports Interactive has confirmed some of the headline features that will be coming to FM23 in November, including a recruitment revamp, AI updates, Supporter Confidence and a Dynamic Manager Timeline. And, some of the headline features coming to FM23 Console include a remodelled Touchline Tablet, the integration of Team Talks into a console edition for the first time and Out of Possession Tactical Instructions.
Anyone who pre-orders Football Manager 2023 on Steam, Epic Games and Microsoft Store will receive two weeks early access prior to full release, plus a 20% discount.
