Footage has emerged of Gent fans clashing with Gardai in Dublin City Centre earlier on Thursday.
The Belgian outfit were in town for their Europa League clash against Shamrock Rovers in Tallaght Stadium but footage emerged of fans clashing with Gardai in Dublin. A number of videos circulated around social media as a large travelling contingent could be seen congregating in Dublin's city centre.
And Gardai were forced to intervene after a number of fans clashed.

And the intervention caused a number of Gent supporters to get heated before they were ushered away by Gardai back towards a group of supporters.
Gardai confirmed they attended a public order incident on Abbey Street earlier on Thursday and no arrests were made and investigations are ongoing.
