Several Glasgow businesses have taken home the crown at the Food Awards Scotland 2022 which took place on Monday night (September 26).
Back for another year of celebrations, this years awards showcased a variety of flavours that Scotland has to offer with all of the Glasgow finalists worthy of taking home an award.
A wide range of accolades were presented to some of the most deserving professionals and establishments throughout the country with categories including Restaurant of the Year, Best Italian Establishment, Bakery of the Year, Best World Cuisine among many more.

The Food Awards Scotland have said they recognise the "outstanding hard work and dedication" from the listed local establishments as they praised each for their determination and how they have "helped shape and build Scotland’s reputation of food."
They add: "The winners are a true reflection of high standard and customer service and are chosen by members of the general public. Several of the awards are split into local regions to ensure that local establishments from across the country are recognised for their exceptional performance."

A spokesperson for The Food Awards Scotland said: “It is true that Scotland combines tastes and flavours from all over the world, where visitors can find different restaurants, gastro pubs and bistros, to meet their needs.
“Creative Oceanic is proud to be part of this celebration and we would like to congratulate all finalists and winners for their achievements!”
Swadish by Ajay Kumar, a Glasgow favourite, were among some of the winners having taken home the award for Best Indian Establishment whilst Kembre and Jones took home the crown for Café/Bistro of the Year in Glasgow.
