The Foo Fighters have told fans how to secure tickets to their shows as tickets for their UK tour go on sale at 9am on Friday 30 June.
The rock superstars, who surprised crowds with a Glastonbury appearance under the pseudonym The Churnups, announced a UK tour with dates in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Glasgow and Birmingham in June 2024. The Cardiff date on 25 June was in high demand during pre sale on Wednesday and tickets are expected to sell out quickly when they go on sale on Ticketmaster and SeeTickets.
To help fans get their hands on tickets the band has released advice on how to secure a seat at the popular shows. The band said: "Get ready early, be prepared with your card details and expect to wait a little while beyond 9am. Don’t give up refreshing the page whilst in the queue. We’ve got this."

Fans who hope to secure a ticket can follow our advice to securing their spot at the gigs.
Make an account
Creating an account in Ticketmaster or SeeTickets, or any other reliable ticket site will ensure that you are not delayed when entering the queue and cuts the chances of issues when it comes to actually buying a ticket. Create an account in advance and log in before you join the queues and waiting rooms.
Payment at the ready
Update your billing information on your account to ensure you have the correct card to buy the tickets. Ticketmaster itself always matches card details with a home address and you need to make sure these match so that you do not encounter any problems when the on-sale begins.
The 20 minute rule
Log on with plenty of time before the tickets go on sale, a chance to select the right dates and open other venue dates just in case your ideal arena sells-out. Ticketmaster now opens a waiting room before tickets go on sale so you will need to head to this page well in advance.
Know when to refresh
When it comes to refreshing the webpage, the exact timing can make the difference between getting to the front or back of the queue.
It's a useful thing to do before the queue opens as you wait to click into the line, but whatever you do do not refresh once you have joined the online queue as this will boot you to the very back.
