Foo Fighters announce extra gig to 2024 UK tour due to high demand

Foo Fighters have added an extra date to their UK tour due to huge demand for tickets.

The band, fronted by Dave Grohl, announced their full UK tour on Monday with gigs in Manchester, Glasgow, London and Birmingham. This came just days after their surprise set at Glastonbury under the guise of 'The Churn-ups.'

Music lovers are clearly desperate to see the Rock band on their Everything Or Nothing At All UK Tour, with a new date added less than 48 hours after the initial announcement. Thankfully for those in the north west, the new gig will be in Manchester at Emirates Old Trafford.

The band will be supported by Australian singer songwriter Courtney Barnett along with a DJ set from Chroma on 15 June. Announcing the extra date on Twitter, the Foo Fighters said: “Manchester! A second show has just been added on 15 June 2024. The pre-sale is happening now with the same code.”

The band’s other gig in Manchester will take place in the same venue two days beforehand on 13 June. The band will be supported by Formby’s Wet Leg and Loose Articles at this performance.

Pre-sale for tickets begins on Wednesday, June 28 at 9am and ends on Thursday, June 29 at 10pm. You can see the pre-sale site here. Or you can also sign up at Ticketmaster here.

General sale tickets will be available to purchase on Friday, 30 June at 9am via Ticketmaster.
