FM26 3D Stadium Megapack V2.1 Adds Custom Crowd Kits and New Stadiums

Football Manager 26 is finally getting an improved stadium pack. BassyBoy, known for making the first FM26 stadium mod, has now released a v2.1 of the same mod. This time, adding even more stadiums and custom crowd kits.

You are not alone if you thought that crowds in FM26 matches look bland and copy-pasted. It’s a common complaint about the game. Thankfully, this megapack is aiming to fix that.

Creator BassyBoy has confirmed that version 2.1 of the popular 3D Stadium Megapack is being released publicly, and the headline feature is something players have been asking for: crowd kit customization.

Crowd Kits And More Stadiums

The biggest addition in this update is support for crowd kit packs that allow users to “drip out” the fans in club-specific colors. Instead of the plain and boring stands, you’ll now be able to manually apply kits to custom stadiums, making matchdays feel far more authentic.

It sounds like a small quality of life upgrade, but for a game like FM26 where immersion matters, it makes a lot of difference. The matches feel more realistic when you see stands filled with fans of your club.

There is one limitation worth noting: this feature won’t work in generic stadiums. If you’re managing a lower-league side still using placeholder grounds, you won’t see the full benefit until you move into a custom or accurately modeled stadium.

Beyond crowd customization, V2.1 also expands the stadium lineup with several new additions and a revamp.

  • Ajax’s Johan Cruyff Arena (revamped)
  • Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane
  • RB Salzburg’s Red Bull Arena
  • Juventus’ Allianz Stadium
  • Nagoya Grampus’s Toyota Stadium
  • Club Brugge’s Jan Breydelstadion
  • Millwall’s The Den
  • Watford’s Vicarage Road
  • St. Johnstone’s McDiarmid Park
  • Salford City’s Peninsula Stadium
  • Cheltenham Town’s Whaddon Road
  • Paços de Ferreira’s Estádio Capital do Móvel
  • Vitória de Guimarães’ Estádio D. Afonso Henrique
  • Stade de France (Coupe de France version)

V2.1 also adds new match balls, including those for the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Super Cup, Maltese Premier Division, and Keuken Kampioen Divisie. It’s another layer of polish that hardcore FM users tend to appreciate.

Overall, FM26 3D Stadium Megapack V2.1 isn’t reinventing the wheel, but it significantly improves visual immersion where it counts. For players who live in the 3D match engine and care about atmosphere, this update feels less like a minor patch and more like a proper matchday glow-up.
