Federal safety regulators are telling parents to stop using a portable baby bouncer immediately after receiving 191 reports that it collapsed while in use, including 115 incidents in which the infant's head struck the surface below. At least 20 consumers sought medical attention for their babies, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Sept. 10.
The warning covers about 14,200 Flyboss 3-in-1 Portable Baby Bouncer and Rocker Chairs sold on Amazon.com from September 2024 through August 2026 for $40 to $110. The CPSC said the bouncers have also been found for sale on eBay.com. Because they were sold online, they could be in homes in any state.
