Fly-tippers face having vehicles crushed and five years in jail as London leader says ‘we’ve had enough’

Fly-tippers will face having their vehicles seized and crushed and up to five years in prison under tough new plans to tackle illegal rubbish dumping.

Drones and roving mobile CCTV cameras will be deployed to identify the vans and cars belonging to prolific fly-tippers so they can be destroyed, the Government said on Tuesday night.
