Florida Toddler Found Wandering Alone at Night as Parents Arrested on Child Neglect Charges

A two-year-old child was found wandering in the middle of a roadway late at night in Osceola County, Florida, before the child's parents were arrested on child neglect without great bodily harm charges, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

The toddler was found at about 11:39pm on Saturday, 26 September, near Jones Road and Talisi Loop. A driver who spotted the child walking in the roadway, stopped and brought the toddler to safety before calling 911.
