A man who had been missing since Valentine’s Day was found and rescued after going days without food and water.
Footage released by Putnam County Sheriff's Office shows officials on Feb 25 searching the Vulcan Sand Plant for Andrew Giddens, a 36-year-old from Jacksonville, who was the subject of a missing person’s report after he’d had no contact with family and friends since Valentine’s Day. His car was discovered on Feb 23.
