Florida man has been arrested after police say he used taco seasoning packets to steal trading cards worth nearly $40,000 from Target stores across the state.

Police allege that 39-year-old Keith Wallis of Palm Beach carried out a series of thefts at Target locations from Miami to Orlando between July 2025 and February 2026. Investigators say he chose large boxes of trading cards along with cheap taco seasoning packets when he entered the stores.
