Hollywood star Florence Pugh made sure she has plenty of stores of her favourite Irish snack before she left the country yesterday.
The 26-year-old packed a huge stash of Tayto Cheese and Onion crisps in a bag before she departed Dublin after a brief visit for a film premiere.
Florence said she had a "gorgeous" time in the Irish capital and made sure to enjoy a "few pints" during her time here.
She took to her Instagram stories on Thursday to share a video of her crisp haul, writing: "Leaving with the goods. Thank you Dublin.
"It was brief, sunny, rainy, gorgeous, had a few pints, attended a wonderful premiere, packed a bag of crisps... done."
Many Irish people took to social media to share their appreciation for the actor's stash of Tayto crisps calling it "relatable".
One Twitter user said: "Florence Pugh flying into Ireland for one day to have a bunch of pints, and leave with a full bag of Tayto Cheese and Onion is the most relatable thing I've seen a celebrity do in a while."
Another wrote: "Florence Pugh packing a little bag filled to the brim with Tayto simply means we need to give her dual citizenship. She is one of us now."
The actress, who hails from Oxford in the UK, was in Dublin this week as she led a star-studded red carpet for the Irish premiere of Netflix’ new movie The Wonder.
The film is a psychological thriller set in a small Irish village seven years after the Great Famine.
At the premiere, Florence stunned in a white two piece as she arrived at The Lighthouse Cinema alongside her co-stars who included a long list of Irish talent including Niamh Algar and mother and daughter duo Elaine Cassidy and Kíla Lord Cassidy.
New movie The Wonder is set to arrive in cinemas from November 2. It is adapted from the bestselling novel by Emma Donoghue, author of Room, and is inspired by true stories of the “Fasting Girls” phenomenon.
