About 324,000 families are still affected by flooding in 28 provinces, most in the Northeast and the Central Plains, according to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.
The department said on Friday the flooding was caused by the monsoon and the passage last week of storm Noru.
Floodwater affected 324,256 families - 242,210 families in 13 provinces on the Central Plains and 65,029 households in 12 northeastern provinces.
"Flood levels are tending to rise in some provinces in the Northeast and the Central Plains," the department said.
