Airplane journeys can often be tedious when sitting for hours at a time, however, for first class passengers, it is an opportunity to relax in luxury thousands of miles up in the air.
A flight attendant has taken to social media to share easy tips to allow economy passengers the opportunity to enjoy the first class experience for free.
While answering some of the most frequently asked questions she faces as a flight attendant, inside source Cierra, who holds more than 3.1 million followers on TikTok, revealed there is actually "a lot of ways" you can get upgraded to first class.

Cierra explained how it costs nothing to be kind. And ultimately, it is kind gestures that could land you a five star seat at the front of the plane.
She said: "One of the easiest ways to get free upgrades is literally just being nice to your gate agent and fight attendant.
"The miracles we can work when we're given some Starbucks or a bag of chocolates, especially those long days where we have back-to-back flights and don't even have time to go get some food."
She added that passengers are sometimes moved from the seats right at the back on the plane to the more expensive ones at the front, but it's not simply a matter of "being nice".
Cierra said: "Normally if our flight isn't full, we have to move people for weight and balance purposes.
"That being said, normally all aircrafts are tail-heavy, so if we have to move people up to the front, where do you think we're going to take them from? The back."
Following the clip, Cierra added the disclaimer: "These aren't guaranteed to work; these are ways that I have known to work. Also, I post on behalf of MY views; not my company. That's all."
TikTok users fled to the comment section to praise the insightful clip, with one fellow member of cabin crew agreeing that being pleasant pays off: "I've upgraded many people for free when oversold in coach. Always to people who are pleasant and nice to me. Yup, mostly that's all it takes."
Another person said: "Catch me carrying Starbucks cold brew for the flight attendant on my next flight."
A second added: "This is amazing! thank you for the advice and I'll start bringing candy for the crew !"
