An ice cream van driver faces coughing up some lolly after being caught speeding by road traffic cops.
A red Mr Whippy van was caught travelling at 62mph along the A6 Broad Street in Salford by Greater Manchester Police's (GMP) traffic unit.
Officers joked they could not “con-done” the poor quality of the driving. And social media users also poked fun at the speeding vendor with a flurry of replies, with one asking: "Was it being driven with flake number plates?"
