Five people were taken to hospital and a number of arrests were made after German fans stormed a pub near Wembley Stadium before England's clash against Germany in the Nations League on Monday evening. The game kicked-off at 7:45pm, but before the match, dozens of Germany supporters, some of whom appeared to be in disguise, stormed The Green Man pub.
The pub is less than a mile away from the stadium and is a popular pre-match location with England fans. However, chaos unfolded when Germany fans entered the pub, some of whom were wearing hoodies, masks and England hats and scarves.
Violent scenes then followed for around two minutes before police officers arrived to calm the situation, although The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that four arrests were made.

A police spokesperson's statement said: "At 5:50pm a group of approximately 100 males, many wearing masks, approached a pub in Dagmar Avenue, Wembley through an alley leading towards the car park. While a number of the group were wearing England hats and scarves, it is believed they were German fans.
"The group entered the beer garden of the pub and began assaulting customers, most of whom were in the area to attend the England vs Germany match. Punches and projectiles including traffic cones were thrown. Officers responded and the group fled.
"The disorder lasted for around two minutes. A number of people sustained head and facial injuries. We are also aware of three people with serious leg, wrist and thumb injuries. None of those injured are believed to be in a life-threatening condition. There have been four arrests so far in relation to the disorder."
Among the violence, five people were taken to hospital after being treated at the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 5.59pm today (Monday) to reports of an incident in Dagmar Avenue, Wembley.
“We sent a number of resources including two ambulance crews, a medic in a response car and an incident response officer. We treated five people at the scene before taking them to hospital."
England drew 3-3 with Germany in their final game before the World Cup in Qatar. Chelsea's Mason Mount and Tottenham striker Harry Kane were among the scorers for England, while another Blues star, Kai Havertz, scored a brace for Germany.
