With house prices still sitting high for the time being in Ireland, becoming a first-time buyer remains a tricky task.
The price of raw materials and construction, married with a woeful lack of supply, means for most, owning that first home may be quite some distance off.
However, for those who are looking for a tricky DIY task, there are options.

Property website Daft.ie has upwards of 300 two-bed minimum properties on or below the €100,000 mark.
Here are five examples..
Cork City - €99,000
