Five Guys initially landed in the North East in 2016, bringing a taste of the US to Gateshead by setting up shop in the ever-busy MetroCentre.
Off the back of its successes, a second Five Guys launched in Newcastle's booming Northumberland Street just one month later.
Since establishing itself, the burger joint has became an NE staple for shoppers in search of a filling fast food bite to eat while shopping the wonderous arcades of the region.
The third Tyne and Wear outlet set to open in the coming months will be situated in the heart of Wallsend's Silverlink Shopping Park.
A prime location for hungry shoppers in a hurry, the brand-new store will be encompassed by a range of highly sought after retailers such as Argos, H&M, Currys, Sports Direct, Halfords and JD Sports.
