Five men and a teenager have received football banning orders totalling 30 years following incidents during the 2021/22 season. In the past few weeks, four fans from Bristol have been blacklisted from attending UK matches.
The orders also prevent the offenders from going to certain areas near football stadiums on match days and they must also surrender their passports ahead of England international matches outside the UK. The age of the men ranges from 17 to 39 - all of whom will have to adhere to the full during of the order.
Two of the men responsible also received a custodial sentence, according to a statement released by Avon and Somerset Police today (Wednesday, June 15).
