Thousands of properties are added to Rightmove each day and this week there have been some bargain homes put up for sale across Greater Manchester. With house prices slowly starting to come down, there is now a slightly better chance of house hunters being able to find a reasonably priced home within the region.
Boroughs such as Bolton and Wigan tend to be where you are most likely to find houses being sold for much lower prices, however this week there have been some cheaper homes put up for sale in Bury and Tameside.
Here we have picked out five properties that are on the market for less than £100,000 in Greater Manchester this week. Some of these homes are fixer uppers which have the potential to become lovely homes once renovated, whereas others could be considered move-in ready.

One of the cheapest homes that has recently come on the market is a terraced property in Breightmet, Bolton that is listed with a guide price of £50,000.
Boasting three bedrooms, the end terrace house has heaps of potential but requires a good amount of renovating and updating to turn it into a suitable family home.
Set on a large corner plot, the property benefits from both a front and rear garden. On the ground floor there is a hallway which leads into a lounge and a kitchen diner at the other end. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double and one single, as well as a family bathroom.
There is also the potential for further development of the plot subject to consent.
