A man has been taken to hospital after a car overturned on a street in Fishponds this afternoon (Tuesday, June 14).
Police were called at around 12.50pm to Annie Scott Close, which is close to the entrance to Channons Hill Retail Park. A witness said that a fire engine and an ambulance were also present at the scene.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset police said: "We were called at 12.50pm today (Tuesday 14 June) to Annie Scott Close, in Fishponds, following reports that a car had overturned. One man has been taken to hospital.

"His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing."
The incident caused Snowdon Road to be blocked off in both directions, with traffic route diversions that also affected First Bus services.
