The Prince and Princess of Wales have been pictured for the first time since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's bombshell trailer was teased by Netflix. The major streaming service dropped a minute-long teaser of the former royal couple's new documentary on Thursday, December 1.
Sharing the video on Twitter, Netflix wrote: "Harry & Meghan. A Netflix Global Event. Coming soon, only on Netflix." The clip featured never before seen private photographs of the couple and in several parts of the trailer, Meghan appears to be crying, with her head in her hands in one still and wiping her eyes in a brief video clip. Asked why they wanted to make the documentary, Harry can be heard saying: "No-one sees what's happening behind closed doors… I had to do everything I could to protect my family", while Meghan adds, "When the stakes were this high, doesn’t it make more sense to hear our story from us?"
