Police have named the victim of a fatal crash in Glasgow earlier this month as 69-year-old George Jarvis.
George was struck by a Ford Fiesta on the A77 Kilmarnock Road, close to its junction with Holmbank Avenue, on Friday March 4 at around 11.30pm.
He was rushed from the scene in Shawlands to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries three days later, on Monday March 7.
