Popular bar and restaurant Albert's Schloss is opening a swanky new venue on Bold Street.
The busy and booming street is known and loved for its eclectic array of restaurants, bars, shops and more. Now, Albert's Schloss's latest venture will see it occupy a large plot in the bustling city centre spot.
The new venue is opening with a Winter Cook Haus menu, which has been inspired by jaunts to the alpine regions of Switzerland, Germany, France and Austria. The rustic, mountain-inspired style is ideal for those wishing to indulge in all the festive season has to offer.

It will also boast a dessert kiosk, so those wishing to satisfy their sweet tooth will be spoilt for choice. ECHO photographers visited the site ahead of its launch for a sneak peek inside.
The spacious site boasts stylish yet cosy wooden beams across the ceiling, which frame an impressive roof lantern that floods the restaurant with light.
There's a variety of seating options, with snug booths, sumptuous bar stools and even on-trend black bar seats for those wishing to sit around a cook station. There's twinkling lights surrounded by festive garlands adding a magical sense of whimsy and Christmas cheer.
The venue is reminiscent of a log cabin, only with all the modern, luxurious touches and conveniences expected from a bar and restaurant. It officially opens on December 2, with table bookings available now here.
Breakfast will be available seven days a week and will include popular dishes like the Schloss breakfast bagel; classic cook haus breakfast, and goats cheese and courgette fritters. Albert's Schloss' in-haus bakery will create a variety of decadent baked goods, with the menu changing on a daily basis.
Options will include artisan pastries, cinnamon buns and pretzels. Beloved dessert company Gooey will operate a dessert kiosk, with a range of delicious treats made from scratch daily, including warm cookies and sugar-coated stuffed brioche donuts.
The Schloss Cook Haus will serve hearty dishes inspired by the team's travels across Europe. The menu will include 'Schloss Klassics' like crispy Stiegl 'bier-battered' fish and chips; baron burger, and paprikash chicken.
There will also be a range of bratwursts on offer, as well as the ever popular Bavarian Feast - ideal for meat lovers. Those craving something a little more traditional can indulge in the weekly Sunday Service, which is a set menu which includes roast dinner options.
Albert's Schloss can be found at Radiant House, 18-26 Bold Street, Liverpool, L1 4DS. To make a booking, click here.
