First look at Nicolas Cage in Spider-Noir as trailers drop in different formats

  • Two trailers have been released for the upcoming Spider-Noir television series, starring Nicolas Cage as the titular superhero private investigator.
  • The series will offer viewers the choice to watch in either a black-and-white or full-color format.
  • Spider-Noir is set to debut on MGM+ on May 25, followed by its arrival on Prime Video on May 27.
  • The show, based on the Marvel comics series, follows Cage's character, Ben Reilly, as he becomes a superhero in 1930s New York City after a personal tragedy.
  • Executive producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller revealed that Nicolas Cage portrays the character with a blend of Humphrey Bogart's seriousness and Bugs Bunny's playfulness.
