The two-bedroom units are aimed at downsizers, who are typically over-55s looking to remain in the area and retain a certain standard of living.
The homes have uninterrupted views over the water from the promenade and have been designed "under an arts and crafts aesthetic".
Each unit boasts a private terrace or balcony with sea views, as well as lift access, communal landscaped gardens and car parking.
Iain MacLean, director of Blueoak Estates, said: "The scheme has received high levels interest over the last few months and we’re pleased to confirm that interested parties can now take a tour the site and reserve their new home off-plan."
Estuary View is set to be formally launched on Friday, April 14 2023. Bradshaw, Farnham & Lea is acting as estate agent.
