Channel 4 has dropped the first trailer for Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama. The highly anticipated two-part series follows the "Wagatha Christie" court case.
The drama-documentary has a star-studded cast list including This Is England actress Chanel Cresswell as Coleen Rooney and Harry Potter star Natalia Tena as Rebekah Vardy. Welsh actor Michael Sheen, who is known for his portrayals of real-life figures, takes on the role of Coleen Rooney's high-profile barrister David Sherborne, while Dion Lloyd, who hails from Bangor, has been cast as footballer Wayne Rooney.
All four feature in the new 20-second teaser shared by Channel 4 that shows Vardy being grilled by Rooney's barrister. The clip starts with Coleen saying: "For a few years now, someone who I trusted has been consistently informing The Sun newspaper of my private posts."
