First I'm A Celebrity eviction taking place tonight as Charlene and Matt favourites to leave

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here stars Matt Hancock and Charlene White are the bookies' favourites to be the first contestants to be booted off the ITV reality show on Friday night.

Producers have been planning an exit for some days now and during tonight's programme one celeb will be told to pack their bags and leave the jungle.

As it stands, and if predictions are correct, it looks like either Loose Women host and ITV News presenter Charlene White or former UK health secretary Matt will go.

England Lioness Jill Scott remains the clear favourite to be crowned Queen of the Jungle, and it's claimed plenty of money has also come in for Owen Warner overnight, with the Hollyoaks star winning over the hearts of the nation.

Lewis Richards from What Are The Odds said: "It’s been just over a week since I’m A Celebrity started for the 2022 version and we have already seen into the lives of several campmates.

"Charlene White, who faces Friday’s bushtucker trial with Boy George, is currently favourite to leave the jungle where her odds of 4/6 continue to plummet as she looks to be the first to leave camp."

Presenters Ant and Dec joked earlier this week that they would "report" Charlene to show bosses for "breaking the rules" while in camp, as she has refused to sleep in a luxury RV with Matt after being picked as camp deputy leader.

Lewis added: "Her refusal to sleep in the RV has certainly annoyed one or two of the camp mates and it seems the general public agree. Plenty of money is also coming in for Matt Hancock who is now suspected to be second to leave at 4/1.

"The Conservative MP's controversial entrance into jungle as well as munching down king prawns and enjoying steaks in the luxury beach barbecue, with other celebrities more deserving of the prize may just have been too much for the UK public to handle

"It looks like a battle between these two to stay in this year's series."
