First Faces of Death reviews call it a "terrifying, stark, oppressive horror film" and "bold and sinister reimagining" of the original "snuff film" franchise

The first reviews for Faces of Death have arrived, and just as we expected... they're mixed to mostly positive.

The upcoming film, directed by Daniel Goldhaber and written by Isa Mazzei, follows a young woman named Margot (Barbie Ferreira) who stumbles upon a website that appears to be recreating some of the death scenes in the original Faces of Death franchise... and it's all downhill for her from there. The horror currently sits at a 69% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 16 reviews (which makes me think the audience score is going to be much higher).
