Glaswegians are being offered free bus travel to anyone attending the Glasgow International Comedy Festival (GICF).
Locals will be able to take advantage of free transport to and from shows when the festival kicks off in a matter of days thanks to a new partnership with First Bus.
Officially launching the partnership, Scott Agnew presented a special edition of the Glasgow International Comedy Festival official podcast, recorded on a First Bus, taking in the sights of the city with special guests Two Doors Down’s Kieran Hodgson and Weegie Hink Ae That?!'s Raymond Mearns, Leah MacRae and Elaine Malcolmson all hopping on board throughout the episode.

The festival is due to begin on March 15 and will take place across a 19 day period at venues across the city.
To be able to claim the free travel, ticket holders simply have to enter the promotional code they receive by email from GICF into the First Bus app. They will then receive a free day ticket valid for use during the festival.
The partnership has been formed to provide locals with a mre environmentally friendly and safe way to travel.
Now in its 20th year, the festival is celebrating the very best in stand-up comedy, sketch shows, and other comedy performances, there are more than 400 shows to choose from.
This year's line-up include TikTok sensation Paul Black, Loose Woman Kaye Adams, Taskmaster star Phil Wang, GICF veteran Jason Byrne, Ted Lasso’s Nick Mohammed, Father Ted’s Ardal O’Hanlon as well as actor and writer Fern Brady - to name a few.
